I started this during my own home search. A listing lived in one app, the disclosure in email, tour photos on two phones, and our actual reactions in memory. We did not need another portal; we needed one buyer-owned record that preserved both views and made the next question obvious. This page tests whether that record is worth building for other couples—not whether it exists today.
